8-Day Madagascar East and North Tour

Tour itinerary: Antananarivo → Andasibe → Antananarivo

Day 1 : Arrival in Antananarivo

             Upon arrival into Ivato Airport at 13.45 pm, you will be greeted by an English-speaking guide from I Travel 2 Madagascar who will accompany you to your hotel in the intermediate town of Antananarivo. 

Day 2 : Antananarivo-Andasibe (by road)

            After breakfast at the hotel, you'll depart for a visit to the Peyreiras Reptile Reserve (3 hours on drive) and then Andasibe National Park

Day 3 : Andasibe-Antananarivo (by road)

            After breakfast, you'll meet with your guide for a visit to Andasibe Mantadia National Park and trek along trails to see wild diademed sifakas, woolly sifakas, common brown lemurs, and the famous Indri Indri. 

Day 4 : Antananarivo-Nosy Be (by flight)

           After breakfast at the hotel, you'll transfer directly to Antananarivo Airport for a flight to Nosy Be, its name means “big island,” and the climate is nearly perfect all year. Nosy-Be is an island off the northwest coast of Madagascar. 

Day 5 : Nosy Komba and Nosy Taninkely     

        Excursions to Nosy Tanikely, a marine reserve, lure snorkelers and bird enthusiasts. 

May 6 : Nosy Iranja

            Excursion to Nosy Iranja, 50 km southwest of Nosy Be 

Day 7: Nosy Be-Antananarivo (by flight)

            A visit to the island of Nosy Be by car will be organized where you discover Andilana Beach, the cascade, and sacred trees. One of our guides will transfer you to the airport for the departure to Antananarivo. 

Day 8 : Antananarivo-Departure

            A city tour of Antananarivo is organised in the morning before your transfer to your flight departure.
