The trek encircles the majestic Kanchenjunga, the world's third-highest peak, providing breathtaking views and a profound cultural experience.
Commencing with a scenic flight to Taplejung, the journey unfolds through lush forests, charming villages like Chirwa and Sekathum, and along the Tamur River. Ghunsa, a Sherpa village with Buddhist monasteries, serves as a pivotal point for acclimatization.
After exploring the surrounding areas and optional side trips to the Oktang Monastery, the trek progresses to Pangpema, the North Base Camp of Kanchenjunga. Here, trekkers are treated to unparalleled views of the mountain, glaciers, and stunning landscapes.
